Mystery Machine @ Fat Jack's - 9/26

Postby SmittyG on Sun Sep 20, 2009 7:54 am

The date isn't a typo; I won't be joining the MM crew for this one unfortunately. However, since I'm the only one in the band that seems to be able to find the EVENTS section of trocks when it comes time for the band to play a gig, I figured I better help them out by posting this. Get on out to Fat Jack's next Saturday and help the guys cope with the pain of my absence. (They tend to cope better with cold beer--it's a medical fact.)

Had a good practice last night. I think the crowd will really enjoy the all-Skynyrd set list we worked up.
I haven't been myself lately. For some reason, people are sending me thank-you notes...

When you can't find it locally, try:

I'm waiting for the go-ahead on that Carpenters medley idea I had. (You folks have just got to hear Scott's version of "Close to You"--goosebumps I tell you.)
