Mystery Machine @ Dwight's Bikers Dream - 3/21

Postby SmittyG on Sat Mar 14, 2009 2:28 pm

Dwight's Bikers Dream in New Boston (I have no clue exactly where. I guess someone will tell me before I'm supposed to be there).
Saturday, March 21, 7-11pm

I have no clue if there is a cover either. (Are you beginning to wonder why the band leaves me to post these announcements? I know I am.)

Acoustic classic rocks with lots of cool vocalists. And then this oddball bass player who doesn't play acoustic and doesn't sing. (Are you beginning to wonder why they even have me in the band? I don't push this one--I'm just glad they let me on stage with them.)

Exit 198 (same as going to Telford!). It's right there on the right when you exit; big metal building, can't miss it.

It looks like we might even have a few new tunes.
Now that I'm older, I thought it was great that I seemed to have more patience. It turns out I just don't give a shit.

Yeah; once again, they decided to play "let's toss in half a set of new songs, just two days before the gig, that we all know and Smitty has never heard in his life". Time to stop whining and get back to work; I have to have these ready by tonight.

It looks like the event started yesterday and runs through tomorrow. $10 per day or $15 for the weekend with camping available.

Does sleeping in your car count as "camping"?
